The Piraeus app has undergone a redesign to enhance the banking experience offered to its users. The app now provides a modern, user-friendly, and upgraded interface.

Within the dashboard page, users can gain insights into their relationship with Piraeus Bank and easily initiate new transactions. Added features like the "Piraeus in the spotlight" section promote banking relationships, while the "Stories" section offers informative articles on various topics of interest.

In the "Deposits" section, users can access a summary of account balances or detailed transaction views for each account. The option to perform multiple transactions from the Transact button after selecting an account is also available, along with the ability to open a new account.

The "Cards" section enables users to manage debit, credit, and prepaid cards conveniently. Functions include viewing card balances and transactions, making card payments, temporarily blocking a card, requesting a new card, setting card limits, and managing card controls.

In the "Loans," "Insurance," and "Investments" sections, users can find important information related to their loans, insurance products, and investment accounts respectively.

Under Security management:

• Users can set up security features for Quick login, such as a 4-digit PIN or biometric authentication for compatible devices.
• App notifications can be activated to automatically receive and submit an extraPIN code when authentication is required for mobile app transactions. Users can confirm transactions using Quick login, enhancing security while saving time.
